Confiture Parisienne

Confiture Parisienne is the only remaining artisanal jam workshop still operating in the heart of Paris. Founded in 2015 by Nadège Gaultier and Laura Goninet, the brand revives traditional Parisian jam-making while elevating it to haute pâtisserie quality. Every jar is handcrafted in small batches in their Paris studio using traditional copper cauldrons and the finest seasonal fruits.
What sets Confiture Parisienne apart are its bold, unexpected flavor combinations: Redcurrant Raspberry “Puits d’Amour,” Carrot Passion Fruit Vanilla, Strawberry Tomato Basil, Violet Raspberry, and exclusive collaborations with Michelin chefs, luxury houses, and cultural institutions.

Using only unrefined cane sugar with an average of 40% sugar content (versus 55%+ in regular jams) and up to 65% fruit, the jams deliver brighter, more natural flavors. They are vegan, gluten-free, additive-free, and perfect for health-conscious gourmets.
