· Breakage and exchange

Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any damages or deficiencies. Please lodge with our Customer Service Department to exchange the goods if you find any damages or deficiencies. If customer has signed after receiving the goods, Club France Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse your request after delivery.

Customers would like to terminate the order, please call our customer service hotline at (852)91365150 . If exceed the deadline, we shall have the discretion to refuse your request.
