The Story of the Recipe
Confiture Parisienne has created an entirely new collection of jams: "Les Duos."

These recipes combine two "flavors": a fruit and a spice, such as "Orange Vanilla," or a fruit and a flower like "Raspberry Violet," "Peach Verbena," "Strawberry Cherry Blossom," "Blackcurrant Jasmine," or "Apricot Lavender," and even sometimes two fruits, like "Strawberry Rhubarb."

For this collection, there is always more fruit than sugar, unrefined cane sugar, and small-batch cooking in our workshop in the heart of Paris.

It takes a real nose (and palate!) to detect the enchanting flavor of this new recipe. A blackcurrant jam with that certain je-ne-sais-quoi that makes it a classic of our breakfast table. Leaving in its wake a fragrance of intoxicating elegance, jasmine complements this intensely tart berry.
