Our wine growing culture is respecting the natural environment; followed by Réseau Magister' since 1991.
Vinification:
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in thermo regulated containers.
Champagne produced from the 2013 harvest.
Bottled in April 2014; bottles conditioned on wooden shelfs during 7 years.
Manual "remuage" (riddling before disgorging)
Dosage: 8g/l.
Appearence:
Straw gold colouring with really fine and long lasting bubbles.
Aroma:
The nose is mineral and fruity, with tones of white blossom and candied citrus fruit, very elegant.
Taste:
The palate is fresh and pulpy.
The mouth is attractive, balanced and long.
This millésime gives everything that can be expected of a Blanc de Blancs.
To be served as an appetizer; will also be a perfect companion of foie d'oie blinis, Carpaccio of salmon or scallops.
