Description: Clos des Lunes is located in the heart of a small community between Sauternes and Bommes, and has all the best of Sauternes. This terroir has historically been known for producing top-quality sweet and dry white wines.

Tasting notes: Pale gold, bright and shiny tints. Generous nose of acacia flowers, pulpy white fruits such as peach, pear and lemon citrus. Ample and soft mouth, silky and slightly acidic. Good tention and concentration.

Pairing: This wine may be perfectly tasted with sushi, shellfish, fish in sauce
as well as with dry cheeses.

Alcohol content: 13.5%
