The vineyard practices respect the natural environment and have followed the “Réseau Magister” guidelines since 1991.
Winemaking:Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation of the Chardonnay take place in temperature-controlled tanks, while the Pinot Noir is vinified in oak barrels. The blend consists of the 2017 vintage combined with reserve wines. Bottled in April 2018 and aged sur latte on wooden racks in the cellar. Manual remuage (riddling) is performed before disgorging.
Dosage: 10 g/l
Appearance:Deep pink hue
Aroma:Notes of red fruits and cherry.

This Rosé Brut is ideal as an aperitif on the terrace. It pairs beautifully with shrimp cocktails and desserts featuring red fruits. Best enjoyed soon to preserve its vibrant pink color and fresh fruit aromas.
