Soil Type:Calcareous soils rich in belemnite fossils — fossilized remains of Mesozoic cephalopods.
Our viticultural practices respect the natural environment and have followed the “Réseau Magister” guidelines since 1991.
Winemaking:Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled tanks. Blend of the 2017 vintage with reserve wines. Bottled in 2018 and aged sur latte in the bottle for 2 years. Manual remuage (riddling) is performed before disgorging.
Dosage: 10 g/l
Appearance:Pale golden color, bright with subtle greenish reflections.
Aroma:Delicate nose dominated by notes of pear, lemon, fresh almond, and fern.
Palate:Pleasant and refreshing, finishing with beautiful mineral tones and citrus fruit.
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with grilled fish or sushi.
Can be enjoyed now or cellared for 2 to 4 years.
