For over 20 years we have been traveling every spring to tea-producing countries in search of the best harvests and the best organic tea gardens in exceptional regions.

It is then that the teas are perfumed in our workshops using the savior-faire of the flavourists in Grasse, the French capital of aromas and perfumes.

Their work is somewhat like that of the perfumer, and the flavourist must use considerable talent to enhance the flavour of the tea leaf and the flavour of the aroma, find the perfect balance; a marriage which requires inspiration and daring!
