For the event of the year, which we cannot name, Confiture Parisienne has crafted a jam for all athletes in its workshop located in the heart of Paris!
Why Sports Jam? Because we still weren't allowed to say it... Ultimately, it should have been the jam whose name must not be spoken! A bit like Voldemort, you see?
Anyway, joking aside, you are probably wondering what makes this jam special besides its discreet name? Well, it is very lightly sweetened. It contains only 25% unrefined Rapadura sugar, which is half the amount found in a typical jam!
In this recipe, you will find two summery flavors: raspberry from Dordogne paired with bilberries. Did you know? Bilberries are renowned for their health benefits as they contain dietary fiber and vitamin C. In addition to being delicious, they are also very good for your health!
